Site Manager with a Carpentry & Joinery background : salary is dependent on experience - Circa £45,000.00 - £60,000.00 per year Overview This role requires a hands on Site Manager with a carpentry and joinery background, capable of coordinating the installation of bespoke joinery to an exceptionally high standard. A keen eye for detail is essential. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate installation teams to ensure seamless project delivery., • Ensure quality standards, material specifications, and installation requirements are consistently met., • Resolve on site issues, manage snagging, and maintain strong client relationships throughout delivery., • Act as the primary on site point of contact for clients, contractors, suppliers, and specialist trades., • Essential Skills & Experience Essential Skills & Experience • Minimum 5+ years’ experience working on Tier 1 contractor projects within high end residential, hospitality, or commercial fit out., • Skilled in managing joinery installation teams and subcontractors effectively., • Proactive, solutions focused approach to problem solving., • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high quality workmanship., • Knowledge of digital reporting tools and snagging software., • Broad knowledge of timber based materials, finishes, and manufacturing processes., • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship building skills., • Experience working directly with Tier 1 clients, contractors, and specialist suppliers., • Solid construction knowledge, including interpreting drawings, specifications, and technical documents., • Good understanding of health & safety regulations, including RAMS and compliance standards., • Competent with Microsoft Office Qualifications • Valid SMSTS/SSSTS Certificate, • CSCS Gold Card Desirable • Currently holding NVQ level 4 and willing to work towards an NVQ Level 6 -7, • Fire Marshal Certificate, • Valid First Aid at Work Certificate Company Benefits • Broad range of learning opportunities, such as professional qualifications, collective/individual training, and personalised support programmes, • 26 days annual leave ( plus Bank Holidays), • Company pension, • Sick pay
