Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and proactive Maintenance Technician to carry out general maintenance and remedial works across our student accommodation properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that buildings, rooms, and communal areas are maintained to a safe, functional, and high standard for residents.
