Key Responsibilities * Day-to-Day Maintenance: Handling general repairs and upkeep tasks as they arise. * Site Compliance: Managing deliveries and logistics (including Evri and other couriers) and ensuring all health and safety documentation is up to date. * Plumbing & Facilities: Dealing with urgent issues such as unblocking toilets or minor leaks. * Mechanical Repairs: Occasional technical fixes, such as repairing broken radiators or basic carpentry/painting. * Waste Management: Oversight of general porterage and waste removal across the site. * Security: Responsible for the formal "locking up" procedure, ensuring all windows, doors, and gates are secure before finishing your shift.
