The role for a Deputy Manager will include; To take responsibility alongside lead practitioners for drawing up long term, medium term and weekly curriculum plans which take into account the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage and other welfare requirements. To ensure that the nursery’s staff, work experience, volunteers and resources are effectively managed and deployed. To be responsible for facilitating a high quality of teaching and learning, ensuring that staff are properly deployed and offer appropriate stimulation and support to the children. To be responsible for implementing systems of observation and record keeping so that children’s progress and achievements are effectively and regularly assessed; to monitor the effectiveness of assessment procedures. Based from our office at Queen Mary's Hospital in Sidcup you will be providing administration support for our repairs and maintenance service on one of our healthcare contracts.
