Qualified Secondary School Teachers All Subject Specialisms Required September Vacancies Coming Soon - Register Interest Now Spencer Clarke Group is currently working with a wide range of secondary schools across the region to prepare for a high volume of September vacancies. We are now inviting Qualified Secondary School Teachers of all subject specialisms to register their interest early to be put forward for roles as soon as they become available. Spencer Clarke Group is supporting schools with both short-term and long-term requirements, with opportunities expected across mainstream secondary settings. The Roles • Teaching across your specialist subject area at KS3 and KS4 (KS5 where applicable), • Planning and delivering high-quality lessons in line with curriculum expectations, • Monitoring and assessing student progress, • Managing classroom behaviour effectively, • Contributing to departmental development and wider school lifeSubjects Required (but not limited to), • English, • Maths, • Science (Biology, Chemistry, Physics), • Humanities (History, Geography, RE), • MFL, • PE, • ICT / Computer Science, • Creative Arts, • Design & TechnologyWhat We're Looking For, • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, • Strong subject knowledge and classroom experience, • Effective classroom and behaviour management skills, • Ability to adapt quickly to new school environments, • A commitment to supporting student progress and achievementWhat We Offer, • Pay to scale for long-term placements, • Access to a wide range of secondary school opportunities, • Support with securing September roles in advance, • Dedicated consultant support throughout the process APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR SPENCER CLARKE GROUPAll applications are subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, professional reference checks, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) in line with our stringent safeguarding policy * • Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and all employment breaks must be explained, • You must have legal right to work in the UK
