Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Technical Specialist - Flavourings, located in Blackburn. The Senior Technical Specialist will handle day-to-day tasks, including providing technical support to customers, troubleshooting flavour-related issues, and ensuring the quality and consistency of products. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, addressing client inquiries, and delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining compliance with industry standards. Qualifications • Strong Analytical Skills to assess and evaluate flavour profiles and resolve technical challenges, • Proficient Communication skills to interact with internal teams and customers effectively, • Demonstrated Troubleshooting and Technical Support abilities to identify and resolve complex issues efficiently, • Customer Service experience to support client needs and establish positive working relationships, • Knowledge of flavour development processes or relevant industry experience, • Flexibility to work on-site and adapt to business needs, • Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field is advantageous
