Role Overview As the Deputy Nursery Manager, you will play a key role in the effective daily management of the nursery. You will support the Nursery Manager to lead a team of practitioners, ensure compliance and safeguarding standards are met, and help create a positive, inspiring environment for children aged 0–5. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced practitioner or room leader ready to step up into a leadership position.
