Title: Building Consultant - Subsidence Locations: Maidstone/Redhill/Solent/Southampton/ London Hours: 35 Hours Per week Term: Permanent, Full-Time Your New Company Sedgwick Resource Solutions are seeking a subsidence building consultant/surveyor to join our clients award-winning Subsidence Services Division, a team recognised for excellence in subsidence claim management. Your New Role As a Building Consultant, you will manage a diverse portfolio of domestic and commercial subsidence claims in addition to visiting sites relating to those claims. This requires strong technical skills or qualifications in diagnosis, mitigation, and repair strategies. You will work closely with customers, colleagues and service partners to deliver accurate technical assessments, high-quality reports, and exceptional customer service.
