We are looking for reliable, trustworthy, competent and compassionate staff for temporary shifts (possible permanent roles) across Sussex and Derbyshire/South Yorkshire initially, or within close proximity.
Whether you're looking to add 1 or 2 shifts a week around your current position, or currently unemployed and looking for hours until starting your new job elsewhere, we would like to hear from you.
Our clients, mostly nursing/care homes, require shifts of varying hours to cover staff shortages, whether on the care side of the business or to assist in the kitchens or with cleaning and hygiene.
We offer weekly pay with bonus incentives, referral schemes, training and more.
An enhanced DBS (either applied for through us, or provided by yourself dated within the last 12 months) and proof of right to work in the UK will be required prior to being assigned to one of our clients. If you currently have access to your recent DBS or can source it, we can have you onboarded and ready to work within a matter of days.
A clean driving licence and access to a vehicle is desirable but not essential, as some clients are located in rural locations with limited public transport.
If you would like more information, please provide your CV, availability for both a phone call and for shifts, any upcoming holidays booked (next 3 months) and roles within nursing and care homes you feel you would be best suited to. Requirements:
A good command of the English language.
Excellent communication skills
Punctual
Able to work as a team member, at times using your own initiative
Relevant experience for the roles applying for/offered
Reference from a previous employer within the healthcare sector or relative to the role applied for
Enhanced DBS certificate (once onboarded we will apply for this for you if you do not have one yourself to submit, and provide you with a copy once a number of hours are completed)
