Job Description As a Collections Analyst, you will ensure prompt turnover of debtors into cash through proactive collection strategies whilst also ensuring the accurate and timely processing of customer payments supporting the overall efficiency of the order to cash function. You will always provide an excellent level of customer service to both your internal and external stakeholders offering clear and accurate communication throughout the collections and query resolution process. Key duties of a Collections Analyst: • Chase customer payments via calls, emails and using Dunning process, ensuring timely collection of debt, • Apply customer payments in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies, • Pro-actively resolve unallocated cash and deductions to ensure sales ledger is accurately reflected, • Negotiate payment plans with customers where appropriate, ensuring that any high-risk accounts are identified and escalated, • Produce management commentary for key KPI's as and when required, • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation, • Respond to customer and internal queries professionally and promptly and work closely with customers to resolve any outstanding queries, • Share any learning and support peers, specifically working with risk, billing, customer services, transport and commercial to resolve issues, • Demonstrate flexibility in transitioning between sub-teams as needed, • Proactively seek the opportunity for new and existing process improvements and assist implementation where appropriate, • Have used Excel and be familiar with basic functions (pivot & filter), • Working knowledge of Outlook, PowerPoint and Word preferred, • Fundamental literacy and numeracy skills to be demonstrated with a willingness to learn and improve mindset, • Be able to communicate well at all levels within the business As part of our drive to make Culina Group a great place to work.
