The Opportunity An established and fast-growing consultancy in Plymouth is looking for a driven Project Manager to join their expanding team. You'll work closely with Directors and Senior Surveyors, delivering an exciting mix of projects across: • Residential, • Commercial, • Healthcare, • Heritage & conservation This is a role where you'll be trusted, supported and challenged, with genuine responsibility from day one. What you'll be doing as the Project Manager: • You'll be at the heart of project delivery, leading schemes from concept to completion and acting as a trusted advisor to clients, • Lead projects end-to-end - on time, on budget and to high-quality standards, • Be the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders, • Develop and manage programmes, budgets and risk registers, • Carry out technical due diligence and condition surveys, • Prepare reports, project documentation and funding applications, • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, consultants and contractors, • Provide hands-on technical input across design, procurement and delivery, • Support turnaround of distressed or complex projects, • You're proactive, technically strong and enjoy problem-solving in a collaborative environment., • 3+ years' experience in project management and/or building surveying, • Consultancy background preferred, • Experience across public and private sector projects, • Pre- and post-contract experience, • APC completed or nearing completion, • Confident, sociable and team-oriented, • Salary of up to £60k, • This consultancy genuinely invests in its people - professionally and personally., • 25 days holiday + bank holidays, • Hybrid working for better work-life balance, • Private healthcare & pension, • Cycle-to-work scheme, • MacBook & full IT setup Ready for something new in 2026?
