Our projects include: • Home extensions, • Loft conversions, • Full and partial property renovations, • Internal remodelling and refurbishment Typical contract values range from £40,000 to £250,000, with an average project value of approximately £70,000. This role is designed for someone who wants the independence and earning potential of running projects without having to worry about finding customers, generating leads, running sales calls, issuing contracts, chasing invoices or managing back-office administration. We find the work and run the back office. You deliver the projects. How the role works The company generates enquiries and works with homeowners to understand their plans, budget and project requirements. Once we identify a promising opportunity, you will: 1. Visit the property and meet the client in person., 2. Discuss the proposed work in detail., 3. Assess the site and identify potential risks or challenges., 4. Scope the work and prepare an accurate, commercially viable quotation., 5. Support our internal team with any technical questions required to close the project. We are looking for someone who wants responsibility rather than someone who needs constant supervision. How the numbers work Our average project is approximately £70,000. A well-run project should achieve at least a 20% profit margin, with 30% or more achievable on strong projects. A project of this size should take no more than six weeks when properly planned, resourced and managed.
