Position Summary We’re looking for a Junior Digital Designer & Artworker with a minimum of 3 years’ experience to join our fast-paced, high-performing in-house marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who is confident producing high-quality luxury design and artwork across digital, print, social, email, trade materials, and increasingly video + motion content (Reels, GIFs, short-form edits and animations) looking for a new and exciting challenge. Working in close collaboration with our Consulting Creative Director, Brand, Go-To- Market and Digital Performance teams, Content Execs and any appointed external agencies as required, you will be operating at the heart of the business with plenty of opportunity for creative value add, personal growth and on the job development. You’ll know what good looks like and be hands-on from brief to delivery — supporting both consumer and trade marketing across a portfolio of premium beauty and wellness brands, ensuring every asset is on-brand, best practice, polished and performance-driven. Key Responsibilities Design & Content Creation (Digital + Print) • Design and deliver bespoke creative assets across omni-channel campaigns (consumer + trade) including digital, print, social and web. . Paid digital assets . Website banners / digital placements . Trade support collateral and partner assets • Support the creation and maintenance of marketing collateral, including presentations, brand decks, sales packs, event materials and pitch documents. Video & Motion (Key Skill Requirement) • Create short-form motion assets optimised for social (GIFs, Reels, animations, light motion edits)., • Edit and format content for multi-channel use (e.g. resizing, cropping, versioning, subtitles where needed)., • Maintain a forward-thinking approach to ensure our content feels premium, modern, and competitive across social and digital channels. Artworking & Production • Artwork and prepare files for both digital delivery and print production, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail., • Work closely with internal stakeholders and the production coordinator to plan, schedule, and deliver assets on time., • Support print workflows including amends, exports, pre-press checks, and production-ready file supply. Email & Channel Support • Design and deliver engaging, revenue-driving consumer email communications., • Design and deliver trade email communications that drive action and partner engagement., • Support business teams with social graphics and copy support for communications such as WhatsApp broadcasts. Brand Consistency & Quality Control • Ensure all content is created in line with brand guidelines and luxury standards., • Proof and quality-check all work before sign-off and distribution. Skills & Experience Required • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a design role (in-house or agency), ideally within beauty, luxury, wellness, fashion or lifestyle. . Social and digital assets . Motion / video content .
