Join us and help the world’s leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world. • Design clear, concise, and accessible content for onboarding forms and account opening journeys., • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to align content with interaction design and visual hierarchy., • Create and maintain content patterns and guidelines for consistency across journeys., • Translate complex regulatory or operational requirements into user-friendly content., • Develop correspondence templates like confirmation emails and rejection notices., • Conduct content audits and usability testing to validate effectiveness., • Work within agile teams to deliver iterative improvements., • Ensure content meets accessibility standards and user needs., • Proven experience as a UX Content Designer, UX Writer, or similar role., • Strong portfolio showcasing content design for digital forms and onboarding flows., • Familiarity with GOV.UK content design principles and accessibility standards., • Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams., • Skilled at simplifying complex information for diverse audiences., • Comfortable using design tools like Figma or Sketch and CMS platforms., • Excellent stakeholder communication and facilitation skills., • Bonus: Experience in financial services or with tools like Experian PCCA or Hopewiser.
