Title: PPC Manager – Senior Paid Media Specialist Experience: 4+ Years Hybrid: 3 days in the office Salary: £40K-£50K About the Role This role is for a senior paid media specialist, not someone simply executing ads day to day. You’ll take ownership of high-impact PPC activity, shaping strategy, driving performance, and uncovering growth opportunities across multiple channels. If you’re highly data-driven, commercially minded, and experienced in scaling paid media accounts, this is an opportunity to make a measurable impact. What You’ll Do • Own the strategy, execution, and optimisation of multi-channel PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, Display, and Programmatic., • Design and manage campaigns that balance scale, efficiency, and profitability., • Identify growth opportunities through audience insights, competitive analysis, and advanced targeting., • Develop compelling ad copy and collaborate on landing page optimisation to improve conversion rates., • Manage and optimise significant monthly budgets, with a strong focus on ROI and ROAS., • Plan and run A/B and multivariate testing across creatives, bidding strategies, and funnels., • Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry trends, continuously testing and iterating., • Work closely with internal teams (marketing, content, design, commercial stakeholders) to align paid media with wider growth goals., • Report on performance, insights, and next steps, presenting results clearly to senior stakeholders. What We’re Looking For • 7+ years’ experience managing and scaling PPC campaigns., • Strong hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, and similar platforms., • Advanced understanding of tracking, attribution, and analytics (GA4, Tag Manager, reporting tools)., • Experience managing high-budget accounts with a strong performance track record., • Exposure to eCommerce, lead generation, and B2B funnels., • Highly analytical, with the ability to turn data into clear actions., • Confident writing ad copy and working with creative teams to improve performance., • Relevant certifications are beneficial but not essential.
