    Bar Manager – Mimosa, 64 Clapham High Street, London SW4 7UL We are seeking an experienced and driven Bar Manager to lead our team at Mimosa and oversee daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, strong financial performance, and a well-run, compliant venue. Key Responsibilities Staff Management • Recruit, hire, and train bar staff, • Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage, • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback, • Foster a positive, collaborative team environment Customer Service • Ensure a consistently high standard of customer satisfaction, • Promptly and professionally address customer complaints and inquiries, • Implement and train staff on customer service protocols and standards Operational Oversight • Oversee day-to-day operations, including menu planning and inventory management, • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies, • Monitor product quality and presentation standards Financial Management • Prepare and manage the bar's budget, including revenue and expenses, • Analyse financial reports and implement strategies to boost profitability, • Manage payroll and maintain accurate bookkeeping Marketing & Promotion • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and build the venue's profile, • Plan and coordinate promotional events and special offerings Vendor Management • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, • Negotiate contracts to secure the best pricing on goods and services Compliance & Reporting • Maintain accurate records and report on performance to senior management, • Ensure full compliance with local and national laws on food/drink service and employment Strategic Planning • Work with senior management to develop long-term goals and growth strategies, • Stay current on industry trends and the competitive landscape Requirements • Level 3 Health & Safety First Aid Certificate (essential), • Proven experience in bar or hospitality management, • Strong leadership, financial, and organisational skills

    Trainee Pastry Chef - Production Kitchen We are currently looking for a trainee Pastry Chef for our client near Woking, Mayford. As a commis pastry chef you will work alongside the owner and production team producing high end desserts and afternoon teas for various clients in London.
