Legal Administration Executive – Corporate Team We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Legal Administration Executive for our client's Corporate Team in Oxford. This is a dynamic role supporting multiple client teams, where no two days are the same. What you’ll be doing: As a key member of the team, you’ll play a central role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, including: • Managing file opening and closing processes, including compliance documentation, • Supporting lawyers with case and document management systems, • Producing and distributing client reports and updates, • Handling conflict searches and preparing files for review, • Acting as a first point of contact for client queries, • Maintaining accurate and organised digital and manual filing systems, • Creating and formatting documents (using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, audio typing), • Recording key dates and times for fee earners, • Coordinating logistics such as meetings, travel, couriers, and deliveries, • Assisting with billing, expenses, and financial administration, • Uploading and managing information within client data rooms, • Ensuring compliance with internal policies and maintaining data accuracy What we’re looking for: You’ll be someone who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality work. Ideally, you’ll have: • Previous experience in a similar administrative role in legal services or other professional services sector., • Familiarity with document management and case management systems, • Strong Microsoft Office skills, • Excellent communication skills with a professional, client-focused approach, • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities, • A collaborative, team-oriented mindset, • High attention to detail and a conscientious approach to your work, • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt, • The ability to stay calm under pressure and meet deadlines Polite notice: This position does not offer a route to qualification for candidates with a law degree.
