Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement category strategies aligned to business goals, productivity targets, and risk mitigation., • Drive value through cost optimisation, process improvement, and supplier innovation., • Lead supplier relationship management, ensuring continuous improvement and resilience., • Identify and onboard new suppliers to strengthen category competitiveness., • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms to deliver measurable benefits., • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities., • Maintain robust governance, compliance, and contract management practices., • Oversee the full procurement lifecycle from sourcing to contract execution., • Track supplier performance, managing KPIs and corrective actions as needed., • Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, and operations teams to ensure business continuity., • Engage with senior leaders across Finance, Operations, BU Heads, and Supply Chain to align priorities., • Partner with EMEA/global procurement teams to leverage best practice and scale advantages. About You You’re a proactive, curious, and commercially minded procurement professional with a solid foundation of experience and the drive to progress into a strategic category role.
