We’re looking for a proactive Production Shift Manager to lead our manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency targets are consistently achieved. What You’ll Do • Lead, coach, and develop production teams across rotating shifts., • Deliver daily production targets while maintaining top safety and quality standards., • Drive continuous improvement and cost-efficiency initiatives., • Ensure compliance with all company, legal, and environmental policies., • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product trials and customer requirements. What You Bring • Proven experience in production or shift management (FMCG or food manufacturing preferred)., • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills., • Knowledge of quality standards (BRC, ISO, GMP) and manufacturing systems (e.g., PRISM)., • A hands-on, safety-first approach with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement.
