Aftersales Manager The Role We are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Aftersales Manager to lead the Service, Parts and Workshop operations within a busy automotive business. The role is responsible for driving profitability, performance and customer satisfaction while ensuring full compliance with company and manufacturer standards. Key Responsibilities • Manage the day-to-day operation of Service, Parts and Workshop departments, • Drive aftersales revenue, profitability and key performance indicators (KPIs), • Lead, motivate and develop Aftersales teams including Service Advisors, Technicians and Parts staff, • Ensure exceptional customer experience and strong CSI performance, • Maintain compliance with manufacturer standards, health & safety and audit requirements, • Monitor labour sales, parts margins, productivity and workshop efficiency, • Control departmental budgets and cost management, • Handle escalated customer complaints professionally and effectively, • Proven experience as an Aftersales Manager or a strong Service Manager ready to step up, • Strong commercial and KPI management experience, • Excellent leadership, communication and people management skills, • In-depth understanding of Service, Parts and Workshop operations, • Confident managing compliance, processes and performance, • Experience within a franchised or high-volume automotive environment (preferred), • Competitive basic salary with attractive bonus structure, • Company car or car allowance, • Ongoing training and development, • Clear career progression opportunities, • Pension scheme and company benefits, • Supportive and professional working environment
