JOB TITLE: Complaints Case Officer REPORTING TO: Solicitor Complaints Manager Summary of the role Reporting to the Solicitor Complaints Manager and Head of Professional Conduct, the postholder will be responsible for processing correspondence, assisting in the initial assessment of complaints regarding the service provided by a solicitor, registering complaints for investigation, handling telephone enquiries from complainants and solicitors as required. Contact Workers x 4 required to work within the Childrens Services teams of the Belfast Trust. We have posts in North and East Belfast. The hours of work are 9am 5pm Monday to Friday with a rate of pay of £13.57 per hour. These roles are for a minimum of 6 months with a strong possibility of this being extended.
