Job Title: Customer Service Administrator Location: Office-based, Barwell Job Hours: Mon – Fri 9am – 5pm Temp - Perm Salary: £12.21 Overview We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Administrator to join our busy office team. This role suits someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is confident dealing with customers by phone and email. Key Responsibilities • Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently, • Answering calls and responding to customer emails, • Supporting invoicing and order administration, • Handling customer enquiries and account queries, • Monitoring orders and stock availability, • General office administration and ad-hoc duties, • Supporting the team during holidays and absences Skills & Experience Essential: • Good communication skills, • Strong attention to detail, • Ability to work in a busy environment, • Professional telephone manner, • Experience with Outlook, Excel or Sage, • Previous office or customer service experience Full training will be provided
