All posts involving direct contact with young people, children and vulnerable groups are exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. These are not subject to disclosure to employers and cannot be taken into account. Guidance and criteria on the filtering of these cautions and convictions can be found on the Ministry of Justice website . This role will also require you to work alongside college students and other trainees as the Weavers serves as training centre for young people with disabilities. The role requires excellent customer relations skills and previous hospitality experience is essential. Additionally, you will be self-motivated and able to work independently, prioritising your workload. xrnqpay Annual holiday entitlement is 5.6 weeks for a full-time employee, and pro-rata for part-time and term time employees.
