Reduce reliance on bespoke content creation by curating and adapting high-quality external resources. AI Integration & Adoption Identify and implement AI tools that enhance learning design, delivery, and personalization. Partner with internal stakeholders to embed AI into existing learning platforms and workflows. Evaluation & Insights Collect and summarise feedback from learning programs. Help track participation and engagement metrics. Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing learner insights and suggestions. Managing the creation of purchase requests, ensuring correct follow-up of the budget, and maintaining effective vendor relationships where necessary to support learning initiatives. Team Collaboration Work closely with the Talent COE team and other departments to support cross-functional initiatives.
