What You’ll Do Welcome members and guests and make them feel at ease from the first second Walk the floor and keep the space clean, organized, and full of energy Connect people by starting conversations and making introductions Guide newcomers with tours and help them settle in with confidence Answer questions about equipment, classes, recovery spaces, and more Support trainers and help set up sessions for a smooth experience Handle check-ins, bookings, and messages without missing a beat Recommend classes, events, and activities that bring people together What You’ll Have You have around 1 year of experience in hospitality, gyms, leisure, or similar spaces You bring a natural ease with people and enjoy starting conversations You have a hands-on mindset and stay positive when things get busy You’re comfortable using booking systems and digital tools You have a good eye for detail and notice what others might miss You speak English You believe a gym should feel welcoming, social, and human What We Offer: The opportunity to work at a dynamic, multi-national company. What You'll Do You'll conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities, target markets, and customer segments. You'll stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to identify new leads and emerging markets. Your proactive approach will lead you to seek out and generate new business leads through various channels, such as networking, cold calling, referrals, and attending industry events. You'll develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to create a pipeline of potential clients. You'll work with and give direction to the digital marketing team on online lead generation campaigns. You'll engage with prospective clients through phone calls, emails, presentations, and meetings to introduce the company's products or services. You'll build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders to enhance the likelihood of successful business partnerships. Who You Are: You have a Bachelor's degree You have at least 8 years of relevant work experience You can operate with little oversight, not dependent on consultants for content, and comfortable rolling up your sleeves when creating a dynamic team culture. You'll set an example through a professional, friendly attitude towards your team and community. You'll lead by example, with the TSH brand values in mind & demonstrate exceptional product knowledge to deliver the expected results. You'll be responsible for your own personal planning and work organization. You'll demonstrate excellent problem analysis skills and decision making. You have a proactive, hands-on mentality, as well as the drive and ambition to grow with the organization. You are a true connector and can get your foot in the door with target companies.
