Junior Creative Project Manager \n \n Salary: £30,000 - £32,500 + benefits \n \n Hybrid - 3 days onsite / 2 days remote \n \n Location - Leicester \n \n The Role \n \n We’re looking for a Project Manager to support one of our biggest enterprise relationships. \n \n This is a hands-on role for a PM who thrives in a fast-paced creative agency environment, understands how digital and physical creative work is produced, and can hold confident delivery conversations with key stakeholders, both internally and in a client-facing capacity. \n \n You’ll run multiple projects end-to-end with minimal oversight, bringing clarity to briefs, structure to delivery, and calm confidence to clients. You’ll proactively maintain high delivery standards, spot day-to-day risks early, and suggest practical process improvements that keep work moving smoothly and consistently. \n \n What You’ll Deliver \n \n\n • You’ll project manage a mix of digital and physical outputs, including: Presentations and keynote materials\n, • Video and motion outputs\n, • Digital campaign assets and marketing collateral\n, • Event-related creative and communications\n, • Large-scale physical print\n, • White papers and long-form documents\n, • Micro-sites and online self-service communications\n\n \n Key Responsibilities \n \n\n • Project planning: Own project plans, milestones, and comms. Ensure smooth delivery across workstreams with minimal oversight.\n, • Client communication: Manage day-to-day client communication and clarify briefs, timelines, and expectations.\n, • Cross-team coordination: Coordinate effectively across teams with proactive collaboration and knowledge sharing. Facilitate smooth workflow and communicate well across teams. Support team resource planning.\n, • Prioritisation: Handle multiple workstreams confidently. Plan and adapt to changing demands.\n, • Tools and workflow: Independently maintain trackers, comms plans, Scoro entries, and file structures.\n, • Risk management: Manage risks independently, adjust plans, and communicate changes proactively.\n, • Resource visibility: Plan own time well, support resourcing conversations, and provide accurate workload info.\n, • Ownership mindset: Take ownership of individual tasks and projects. Demonstrate initiative by identifying and addressing challenges proactively. Accept feedback positively and take necessary steps to improve performance. Show commitment to achieving team goals and actively contribute to problem-solving efforts.\n, • Commercial awareness: Understand operational priorities and how decisions impact project profitability, efficiency, or client satisfaction. Take initiative in building new skills and apply learning in practice.\n\n \n\n • What We Are Looking For\n\n \n\n • Agency / B2B Experience: Experience managing creative or digital projects within an agency or professional services environment.\n, • Autonomous Delivery: A solid track record of running workstreams independently from brief to sign-off with minimal day-to-day hand-holding.\n, • Organisational Discipline: Excellent time management and prioritisation skills, with the ability to adapt calmly to shifting project demands.\n, • Collaborative Coordination: Strong communication abilities, with confidence coordinating across cross-functional teams (designers, copywriters, account leads).\n, • Tool Literacy: Proficiency in project management software and trackers (Scoro experience is ideal, but structured discipline in any workflow platform works).\n, • Commercial & Process Care: Strong attention to detail, paired with a foundational awareness of project budgets, time tracking, and profitability.\n, • Growth Mindset: A proactive, team-first attitude with a genuine desire to learn, set personal development goals, and grow within a creative business.\n\n
