Skills & Experience Required Essential • 1 to 2 years’ Experience in commercial property sales, lettings needed., • Solid understanding of commercial markets—offices, industrial, retail, or investment property., • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to manage complex commercial deals., • Ability to analyse market data, understand valuation principles, and present insights to clients., • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle., • Experience with commercial agency software (e.g., Realla, Loop, Estates Gazette / Radius, CRM tools)., • Familiarity with investment sales, development appraisals, or lease advisory., • RICS accreditation or progress toward APC/AssocRICS is an advantage.
