Being a maintenance supervisor in our school means being part of something big. You’ll be doing your bit to make sure the school building is a great place to be for our young people. You’ll supervise a skilled team to carry out maintenance and general repairs, together, you’ll fix problems and keep school grounds neat and tidy. You’ll make sure the school meets Health & Safety regulations, undertake safety inspections and keep up to date with any issues. As Supervisor, you’ll liaise with the Regional Property Manager and support the Head Teacher at the school. Opening in September 2026, Ardenwood School is a purpose built, brand new, state of the art Primary school. The school will cater for up to 40 pupils with a wide range of needs including autism and social, emotional and mental health needs. Required to start in January 2026 or soon after, we seek to recruit a full-time Estates Operative to join our friendly and professional Estates Department, working alongside our team at Crackley Hall to provide a safe and high-quality working, learning and recreational environment. Estates Operatives work closely with the Site Supervisor to perform a range of caretaker-type duties.
