Tradewind Recruitment is currently working exclusively with a well-established primary school in Wisbech who are looking to appoint a full-time Early Years Practitioner to join their EYFS team. The school is part of a supportive trust, providing excellent resources and strong opportunities for professional development across the wider network. Key Responsibilities for the Early Years Practitioner Role: • Work as part of a team to support the daily running of the EYFS department, • Support across EYFS and Reception classes, • Work with pupils with additional needs, including ASD and behavioural challenges, • Plan and deliver activities in line with the EYFS framework, • Work closely with the class teacher to support planning and preparation, • Help children achieve key developmental milestones Requirements: • Holds a Level 2 Early Years qualification or an equivalent childcare qualification, • Has prior experience supporting children within EYFS or Reception environments, • Able to travel independently to and from Wisbech, • Good understanding of early childhood development and EYFS frameworks
