You will be supporting children and young adults with Autism and learning disabilities, helping them to live safe, meaningful, and fulfilling lives. About the Role As a Care/Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support in line with individual care plans. Your role will focus on promoting independence, emotional wellbeing, and social inclusion.
