With an outstanding reputation for technical expertise and successful project delivery, they are seeking a Commercial Manager to join their team on a landmark project in North London. As part of a major Joint Venture, the successful M&E Commercial Manager will be responsible for overseeing the commercial and contractual aspects of the fit-out phase on a high-value infrastructure project. This is an excellent opportunity to play a pivotal role on a project of national significance, working alongside a large, motivated team. With over 18 months of work remaining, this is a long-term opportunity to join a live, fast-paced scheme as the on-site Electrical Construction Manager. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and coordinate on-site electrical works, ensuring delivery against programme and technical requirements., • Supervise subcontractors and manage productivity, progress, and quality control., • Interpret and work from electrical drawings and specifications, raising queries as needed., • Ensure appropriate materials, tools, and equipment are in place to meet project milestones., • Drive a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with all health & safety procedures., • Collaborate with the wider project team, including mechanical and civils leads, to ensure smooth coordination., • Support handover process through quality checks, inspections, and final sign-offs.
