Specifically, to drive Category transformation of Suntory Procurement into a value-added business partner at regional level. Successful management of supplier relationship to support SBFE growth and maximized value delivery to SBFE markets. What You'll Do Contribute to the overall Category and Procurement strategy by building and leading the assigned Category Strategy, including strategic direction, governance, resources, and tools aligned with business goals. Proactively engage internal and external stakeholders to deliver cost, quality, risk mitigation, innovation, sustainability, and value creation. Develop and implement sourcing strategies at regional, and local levels. Recommend and approve sourcing and supplier selections within defined thresholds. Manage senior regional and local stakeholders to influence decisions and ensure project delivery. Drive best‑in‑class category management practices, including standard processes, benchmarks, and tools Accountable for financial targets, including cost and value programs, savings validation, and cost improvement initiatives. Develop business cases to support decision-making and transformations. Own the AOP cycle, budgeting with Finance, and validation of savings KPIs. Define, monitor, and report category KPIs (including savings and NPS). Manage reporting and communications with Global Procurement leadership using appropriate tools and governance. Own relationships with key strategic suppliers. Establish SRM governance, supplier evaluation, and compliance standards. Develop supplier development strategies, long-term partnerships, and SLA performance management. Map and influence key stakeholders to identify business needs and drive procurement strategy execution. Communicate procurement vision, support change management, and strengthen business partnering. Drive market intelligence, innovation, and continuous improvement by scouting industry trends, sustainability initiatives, and new models with suppliers. Lead risk assessments and enforce business continuity plans as required. Integrate ESG into the category strategy, driving sustainability initiatives and ensuring alignment with ESG procurement guidelines. This role is ideal for someone passionate about people development and eager to grow their expertise in learning facilitation, employee experience, and program coordination. In addition to supporting core learning initiatives, the Specialist will play a key role in driving the adoption of AI-powered learning tools and strategies. This includes leveraging existing content, reducing manual creation, and enabling personalized, scalable learning experiences through innovative technologies. Working closely with P&C team members and other stakeholders, the Specialist will help implement learning solutions that align with Suntory’s strategic priorities and foster a culture of continuous development, experimentation, and digital enablement. This role may require occasional travel (estimated 10–20%) to support learning initiatives across SBFE markets. Fluency in English is required, and French or Spanish language skills are highly desirable to support cross-market collaboration and learner engagement. What you’ll do Learning Support & Coordination Assist in gathering training needs and feedback from teams across the business. Help coordinate logistics for learning programs, including scheduling, materials preparation, and participant communications. Maintain learning records and support reporting through the LMS and other tools. Program Delivery & Facilitation Support the delivery of learning sessions, workshops, and onboarding activities. Co-facilitate sessions where appropriate and provide follow-up support to learners. Help ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment. Content Development & Optimization Assist in adapting and updating learning materials under the guidance of senior team members. Support the creation of e-learning modules and digital content using authoring tools and current existing materials. Audit existing learning materials and repurpose them using AI tools (e.g., converting documents into microlearning, videos, or interactive formats). Reduce reliance on bespoke content creation by curating and adapting high-quality external resources. AI Integration & Adoption Identify and implement AI tools that enhance learning design, delivery, and personalization. Partner with internal stakeholders to embed AI into existing learning platforms and workflows. Evaluation & Insights Collect and summarise feedback from learning programs. Help track participation and engagement metrics. Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing learner insights and suggestions. Managing the creation of purchase requests, ensuring correct follow-up of the budget, and maintaining effective vendor relationships where necessary to support learning initiatives. Team Collaboration Work closely with the Talent COE team and other departments to support cross-functional initiatives. Participate in team meetings and learning networks to stay informed and contribute ideas.
