In the role of a Rental Agent, your responsibilities involve assisting customers with their rental needs in both in-person and telephone interactions. You will aspire to go above and beyond to deliver excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction. You will get involved with preparing the vehicles for rental and the delivery and collection of vehicles to customers other branches. You will also take part in conducting daily fleet and vehicle checks. We are looking for a professional, outgoing and motivated individual to work as a Fleet Maintenance Advisor in our Head Office based in Exeter. The role comprises responsibilities for monitoring the effective repair of our vehicle assets and requires high levels of administrative accuracy. What can we offer you? Liaising with branches with regard to all aspects of vehicle maintenance Monitoring upcoming maintenance requirements Building and maintaining good working relationships with suppliers and Thrifty locations Be willing to undertake and perform any other duties as maybe reasonably required of them by their line manager or supervisor Complying with Company policies at all times This role is 37.5 hour per week contract, working Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8am and 6pm. Flexible start times are dependent on the teams requirements.
