Our services include window cleaning, gutter cleaning, driveway and patio cleaning, pressure washing, roof cleaning and other exterior property-care services. The Earnings & Progression Your starting basic salary will be: £36,000 per annum You'll also earn uncapped commission , meaning there is no ceiling on what you can earn through sales performance. In addition, EPC operates a performance-based salary progression programme. Hit your agreed targets for each three-month performance period and your basic salary increases by 10%. What You'll Be Doing You'll be responsible for developing new residential customers within designated territories. Your typical responsibilities will include: Door-to-door prospecting and customer acquisition Approaching homeowners confidently and professionally Introducing customers to EPC and our services Identifying which EPC services would benefit each property Explaining services, pricing and available options clearly Providing or arranging quotations Handling customer questions and objections Converting conversations and quotations into paying customers Generating leads and building your own sales pipeline Following up prospective customers Working towards daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly targets Accurately recording every lead and customer interaction within the EPC CRM Maintaining accurate customer and sales records Planning your territory and routes effectively Reporting performance to your Sales Manager Identifying particularly strong areas and opportunities Providing feedback on customer demand and competitor activity Representing EPC professionally at all times Pipeline management, CRM accuracy, territory ownership, customer relationships, target achievement and professional face-to-face selling are all standard components of strong field-sales positions.
