In this role, you will be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen (e.g., wok station, cold section, grill, or momo) while maintaining high standards of taste, presentation, and efficiency. You will work closely with the Sous Chef and line cooks to ensure smooth service and consistency in our innovative Asian fusion dishes.
