We're looking for a passionate and personable Customer Service Assistant to be the face of our shop — someone who loves engaging with people, understands great service, and takes pride in helping customers find the perfect treat. This is a front-of-house position where you'll be the first point of contact for customers — in-store and over the phone. If you're enthusiastic, well-spoken, and love cakes, we’d love to meet you!
