Looking for experienced fishmonger to join beautiful Farm shop in Westerham. You’ll be part of small and passionate team who has huge interest in food. Opening day/ Hours Wednesday – Saturdays 9 am – 5:30 pm and Sundays 10 am – 4pm. Part time position available ( FRI, SAT, SUN Availability required) A fishmonger's job description includes: Sort out delivery Visual merchandising of fish Cleaning and prepping fish High standard of customer service Rotating and managing stock Working extremely clean Cooking knowledge and helping customers with choosing product Passion for fish butchery Able to teach and share knowledge with colleagues Most importantly, good work ethics, smile and positive energy. There will be meat butchery section which will be looked after he manager and butcher, fishmonger will have his/her smaller section to be responsible for with manager’s support with displaying, pricing and support from sales assistant on busy days.
