We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Service Co-ordinator - Cold Flow to join the Fuels Specialties Customer Technical Services (FS-CTS) team, reporting to the Director of Cold Flow Improvers EMEA. The FS-CTS team, based in Ellesmere Port, is responsible for supporting ongoing sales of FS products to the EMEA region. The purpose of the team is to answer customer technical queries; perform laboratory studies to support the ongoing use of products; develop new product formulations/applications; provide field support; support field trials and trouble shoot/solve field problems. As such, good chemistry knowledge is essential, combined with the ability to be flexible and solve problems.
