We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and committed coach to take over our talented U12 team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established squad in a supportive and ambitious environment. The Role: You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging training sessions twice a week and managing the team on matchdays. You'll be taking over a strong, well-coached group of players who are passionate and eager to improve. To develop new revenue generating commercial opportunities for the club such as events and venue usage. Main Responsibilities Deliver sponsorship revenue targets for Chinnor RFC in line with the Club’s strategy by growing and diversifying the Club’s range of existing sponsors. Develop new ideas and initiatives on how we can keep find new markets/areas of potential new sponsors. Develop long term relationships with our sponsors – new and existing – to ensure they are retained as sponsors and ensure they have an enjoyable and valuable experience as a result of their sponsorship. Working with our signage partner, manage the Club’s pitch side board and program details for sponsors. Work with Events Manager and social media agency to secure non rugby bookings for the Club’s facilities marquee and Club house facilities.
