The role: We are looking to recruit a Production Planner within the Planning team. Dynamic Planning: monitor plan execution, replan when needed to maintain optimal cost-effective output and promptly spot and propose solutions to address issues with potential to impact the plan. Production Scheduling: Develop long term to weekly and daily production schedules for the assigned area, incorporating all sources of demand, scrap, rework rates, production capacity, and stock availability. Performance Reporting to drive results and accountability: Measure and report adherence to the plan within the planning horizon highlighting non-conformities and escalations as needed. Analyse and communicate trends, risks and proposed solutions that engage all stakeholders participation to the solution. Operational Excellence: Publish a cost-effective plan that contributes to operational efficiency and respects / follows agreed processes, procedures and timelines.
