As Project Manager, you will take full ownership of fit-out and refurbishment projects across Yorkshire, from pre-construction through to handover. Ensuring sure they’re delivered on time, on budget, and to the high-quality standards.\n\nBenefits\n\n * Company car\n\n * Bonus scheme\n\n * Career progression\n\n * Pension\n\n * Regular social events\n\nAs a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:\n\n * Manage and deliver HMO fit out and refurbishment projects from inception/design stage through to completion and handover.\n\n * Develop and manage project programmes, schedules, site logistics and resource allocation, ensuring on-time delivery\n\n * Manage the budget, cost control, reporting of variations, cost forecasting\n\n * Oversee procurement of materials, furniture, finishes\n\n * Source and coordination of suppliers, builders, and subcontractors\n\n * Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, designers, subcontractors and internal teams\n\n * Manage stakeholder relationships and client expectations throughout the project.\n\n * Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks\n\n * Meets company standards, design specifications and contractual requirements.\n\n * Guarantee compliance with all health & safety regulations, building regulations, site risk assessments, CDM requirements, and ensure proper site documentation and safety protocols.\n\n * Produce regular project reports/status updates for senior management and clients; maintain project documentation and handover paperwork.\n\n * Provide leadership, direction and support to site teams (site managers, contractors, labour) to ensure efficient project delivery, quality workmanship, and adherence to schedule.\n\nThe ideal candidate will be:\n\n * Experience as a Project Manager within fit-out, refurbishment, or construction.\n\n * Solid working knowledge of Health & Safety, site procedures and safety documentation.\n\n * Practical experience working within CDM regulations.\n\n * Understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction compliance.\n\n * Experience overseeing multiple trades and subcontractor packages.\n\n * Strong project planning, organisational and coordination skills.\n\n * Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to sites.\n\nDesirable:\n\n * H&S qualifications (e.g., SMSTS, SSSTS, NEBOSH or equivalent).\n\n * Experience working within CHAS frameworks or similar accreditation standards.\n\n * Formal construction-related qualifications (HNC/HND/Degree) or Project Management credentials.\n\n * Experience with CAT A/CAT B office fit-outs, furniture installation, and turnkey design & build projects
