In your role as a Procurement Officer with the Council you will be supporting cross-functional teams to develop new contracts, delivering clear service improvements and real cash savings. You will advise commissioners on procurement and contract management issues and deliver above threshold and strategic procurements, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and contract standing orders. You will be a highly adaptable individual, looking for a challenging and rewarding role within a very supportive team environment. The Treasurer Role Being an ENN Trustee is an important, influential and valuable role and as well as ensuring that we are an accountable and well governed organisation you will make an important contribution to our current work and future direction. The Treasurer chairs the Finance sub-committee. Other committee and ad hoc meetings and additional support will be arranged as agreed. New Solicitor position available to our client the Business Service Organisation BSO ,Belfast City Centre, This is a Full Time post on a Temporary basis up to 4 Months with a view on continuation. Hours of work are 9am5pm Monday Friday, with a pay rate of £32.96 per hour. The Solicitor Consultant Must demonstrate experience working within Property Law. Key Duties Provide advice and representation to HSC Clients in property related matters to include the sale and purchase of lands, options, leases and licences. Provide advice on capital projects as well as the planning of Business Cases for developments within the Health and Social Care Sector. Work closely with the legal advisers for other Government Departments as well and Land and Property Services, Commercial Agents and other solicitors. What We Need From You The post holder must be a Solicitor enrolled in Northern Ireland at the time of application. Demonstrate at least 5 years post qualification experience of providing legal Shortlisting. Demonstrate experience in providing Legal advice and/or representation in the area of Property law. The post holder must hold a full current driving licence which is valid for use in the UK AND and have access to a car on appointment.
