We’re Lionel Messi’s exclusive signing partner and the official memorabilia licensee for the FIFA World Cup and UEFA Champions League. We work with the world’s best players, clubs, and tournaments — and now we’re looking for the next key player to join our team. The Role We’re growing fast and looking for a hungry, hands-on Sales Executive to join our expanding wholesale (B2B) division. You’ll work directly with our Director of Sales — shadowing, learning, and taking ownership of projects as you grow. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded, ambitious graduate or early-career professional who wants to gain broad experience in a small, dynamic company. As an SME, everyone pitches in — so while your focus will be on sales and client management, you’ll also get involved across the business, from operations to events and marketing. No two days are the same here. Responsibilities • Work with Director of Sales to grow the B2B side of the business, • Point of contact and account manager for key clients, • Sales and marketing to our wholesale clients, • Working with the Head of Operations and customer service team to dispatch and receive stock, • Help plan signing sessions and deliver sales against them (yes, you do get to meet the players), • Create sales reports and present on findings, • Grow Icons' network of contacts and build new business relationships, • Represent Icons professionally at international trade shows and events Skills & Qualifications • A proactive, self-starter, enthusiastic with a can-do attitude, • 2–4 years’ practical sales experience in a product-led environment, • Great with clients — personable, confident and commercially savvy, • A quick learner who enjoys solving problems and getting stuck in, • Excellent written English and strong presentation skills, • Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint, • Organised, methodical and numerate, • Creative, ideas-led and eager to contribute, • Knowledge of CRM or stock systems (we use Brightpearl), • Bonus: Languages (Spanish, Italian or French), • Essential: a passion for football and sport Role • Full time, • 9am to 5pm working hours, 5 days a week, • Occasional weekend work at busy times, • Regular international travel required, • 5 weeks holiday, • Workplace pension, • Electric car scheme, • £25-30k base salary and commission structure against KPIs and targets Location Hybrid - can work from home but need to be able to come to work with the Director of Sales in London regularly and visit our Operations Centre in Christchurch, Dorset Who you’ll be joining • Icons Shop Ltd are the biggest football memorabilia company in the world, • We are focused on long term; we have been working with Lionel Messi for over 19 years and our Director of Sales has been at the company 15 years, • Our products are 100% authentic, and so are we as people, • We love to travel and work with new people, • We are collaborative and love finding solutions to any challenge, • We do what we say we will Requirements CV and covering letter/email essential on why your skills and experience are a good fit for the role
