About the Role: As an SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will provide both academic and emotional support to students, working 1:1 or in small groups to help them engage with learning and develop positive behaviours. You'll play a vital role in building trusting and professional relationships with students and helping them to reach their full potential. A calm, patient, and resilient approach is key, as you'll be supporting young people who may display challenging behaviour or struggle with emotional regulation.
