About the Opportunity: As our Clinic Manager, you will be at the forefront of our Luton clinic’s success. You’ll oversee day-to-day operations while inspiring, developing, and supporting a team of passionate Beauty Therapists and clinicians. You’ll balance hands-on treatments with leadership responsibilities, driving performance, upholding clinic standards, and ensuring our clients receive world-class service and results. Working Hours & Flexibility: We offer two options for working patterns: • 5 days a week with shorter daily hours, including early or late starts. This is our preferred option.
