This is a 12-week fixed-term contract covering sick leave, working within a warehouse-type building environment.The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and ensuring the facility remains compliant and operationally safe.Key Responsibilities: • Perform multi-skilled and electrically-biased maintenance tasks across the site., • Conduct preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment., • Carry out health and safety checks, including fire door inspections/ sprinkler system checks, • Diagnose and repair faults in electrical systems and general building fabric., • Maintain accurate records of work completed and report any issues., • Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations and company procedures.Requirements:, • Proven experience in a multi-skilled maintenance role, ideally within a warehouse or industrial environment., • Electrical qualifications (e.g., 18th Edition or equivalent)., • Strong understanding of building services and compliance checks., • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively., • Good communication and reporting skills. 4721097
