Company Description The Anthro joint venture between ___ and ___ will provide comprehensive turn-key services for London’s state-of-the-art HS2 gateway station at Old Oak Common. We have been awarded a multi-year contract to deliver MEPHFC (Mechanical, Electrical Public Health, Fire and Communications) systems works. Job Purpose To lead and deliver the detailed design of specialist structural bracketry systems from concept through to fabrication-ready documentation. The candidate will be the technical authority for all bracketry-related structural analysis and design, ensuring compliance with the relevant Eurocodes, fire engineering requirements, and interface coordination with MEP, architectural, and civil disciplines. The role demands a rigorous, first-principles approach to structural analysis combined with strong commercial and programme awareness. This will be for Anthro Joint Venture (VVB Engineering and Egis). Working in the Anthro design office, London, 3 days week, and attending site meetings at Old Oak Common where required. You will be responsible for leading production, checking and coordination of bracketry, secondary, tertiary steelwork works across the project. This will include interface with MEPHFC engineering, architectural and BIM/digital staff members. As a senior engineer you will work under the direction of the Engineering Lead, coordinating with our MEPHFC designers, client BBVS, and third-party work packages. You will use your knowledge and skills to deliver the right quality to time and budget. We’d like you to have: • Extensive experience in Social Value, CSR, sustainability, or community engagement., • Demonstrable experience in designing, delivering, and measuring impactful social value or volunteering programmes., • Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging across internal teams and external partners., • Excellent communication and presentation skills., • Strong organisational and project management abilities., • Analytical capability, including experience managing impact data., • Solid understanding of UK Social Value frameworks, public procurement requirements, and ESG principles., • Professional certifications in CSR, Sustainability, or Project Management (desirable). Working collaboratively with the education team, you will support the embedding of clinical excellence at a whole school level for pupils who may have experienced developmental trauma, be neurodivergent or have SEMH needs. You will work within the OFG pyramid model of clinical delivery, working in an MDT to target support at a whole school level where possible. You will be supported by the standards team and the OFG Speech and Language Therapy Ways of Working. This will guide your practice within an education setting and clarify your roles and responsibilities, while taking into account the requirements of your governing and professional bodies. You will be supported in case management and planning work, any required assessments and interventions by the Lead Clinician and your designated clinical supervisor.
