Do you want to make a positive difference to the lives of children and families? We are looking for caring, reliable, and professional Child Support Workers to join our team. This is a rewarding role supporting children to maintain safe and positive relationships with their families, often in sensitive or challenging circumstances. What you’ll do: Supervise contact sessions between children and their parents/carers. Ensure the safety and wellbeing of the child is always the top priority. Provide clear, factual written notes after each session. Manage situations calmly and professionally, even when under pressure. Work closely with your team to follow safeguarding policies and procedures. What we’re looking for: Essential: Enhanced DBS check (children’s barred list). Safeguarding training (Level 2 minimum, or willingness to complete). Experience of working with children or vulnerable families. Strong communication skills and ability to set professional boundaries. Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends. Desirable: NVQ Level 3 in Children & Young People’s Workforce, Health & Social Care, or equivalent. First Aid certificate (or willingness to complete). Experience of writing professional reports.
