Sales Support | Blackburn | Permanent – Full Time | 25 Days Holiday + BH | £26,000+ DOE A finance company based in Blackburn, Lancashire, is looking for a Sales Support to join their team due to business expansion. Offering training, support and development throughout your progression. Working closely with colleagues in Sales, Operations, Credit & Risk departments, providing excellent customer service throughout the customer journey.Working pattern is Monday to Friday 09:00am – 05:00pm with hybrid working after probation. You’ll manage employee records, support recruitment and onboarding, and coordinate training activities. From drafting contracts and offer letters to organising Occupational Health referrals and maintaining HR databases, your work will make a real difference to the employee experience. You’ll also play a key role in planning internal and external training, liaising with providers and ensuring everything is well-organised and documented.
