We are recruiting Healthcare Support Workers to join our bank team, helping people receive safe, respectful and person-centred care. You will support individuals with daily living, promote independence and contribute to their physical and emotional wellbeing. You must be able to use technology, communicate clearly, follow individual care plans, maintain accurate records and recognise when to seek help. Relevant experience is welcome, including transferable experience gained through voluntary work or caring responsibilities. Bank shifts are offered according to service requirements and your availability. Joining the bank does not guarantee work or a fixed working pattern.
