You'll be ensuring that all our dishes are prepared correctly to the recipe spec, that every dish that reaches the pass looks incredible and helping to train & lead our awesome team. You'll also ensure that the kitchen is a beacon for food hygiene and H&S standards, with a high level of cleanliness at all times.
